Prior to first use
Remove all packaging parts and clean the product according
to the cleaning instructions.
Instructions
1. Before you start to prepare a sauce, you must adjust
the settings to "Oil" or "Butter" on the oil container
( = Oil/
= Butter). Remove the clear oil container from
the main body of the Sauce Maker and turn the orange
part of the oil container to the desired position. Ensure the
chosen symbol is leveled with the containers arrow mark.
2. Measure the ingredients directly into the mixing container
as described in the recipe and close it with the mixer top.
3. Pour oil or butter into the oil container according to the
quantity indicated in the recipe. Close the oil container with
the grey lid (do not press it down yet). Place Sauce Maker
on the grey silicon base.
4. Turn the crank handle with one hand and slightly press
down on the grey lid with the other hand (the oil / butter
now flows into the mixing container). Keep turning until
all the liquid from the oil container has run into the mixing
container.
Cleaning
Do not use scouring agents or steel wool to clean the Sauce
Maker. The Sauce Maker is dishwasher safe. If you choose
to hand wash the product, do so in a mild soap solution
with warm water. Hand dry with a dishtowel or air dry. Keep
away from children. When putting the Sauce Maker back
together make sure the mixer is screwed on without much
force, so the crank can be turned without a lot of effort.
