Operation recommendations:
1. Before connecting, make sure that the supply voltage corresponds to the operating voltage
of the equipment specified on the special plate on the meat mincer casing. The supply
voltage tolerance is ±10%.
2. Before loading the products, do not forget to wash the meat mincer body and screw the
fixing screw carefully. Check and, if necessary, adjust the clamp of fastener washer to
allow free rotation of the knife.
3. Meat for grinding should be initially prepared: it is necessary to remove all the bones, cut
the skin and tendons, cut the meat into small pieces or strips.
4. When first turned on, let the meat mincer work idle a little (1-2 minutes), then gradually put
the meat into the hopper using a plastic pusher. Never put meat with your hands!
