INSTALLATION
4.1.
Preparing for installation
Before installing and starting the dishwasher, make sure that the mains supply (voltage
and current frequency) is correct. The conditions for this unit are indicated on the dishwasher
nameplate.
Before installing the dishwasher in the place of operation, please, ensure the following
conditions:
•
Installation and electrical connection must be carried out by qualified personnel.
•
The device must be connected to a network conforming to DIN VDE 0100 electrical
network standards. The equipment must be grounded.
•
The standard manufactured model of TW.H50 operate at 380(400)V and TW.F50 - 220
(230)V, it is necessary to make sure that the parameters of the electrical network. The
values of the voltage and frequency may be different for customised devices. When
making an electrical connection, please, read the operation manual.
•
The dishwashers TW.H50 require a TTR cable with the cross-section of 5x2.5 mm in
the place of installation. Leave at least 3 spare meters of the cable to connect the devices.
The electrical cable is not supplied separately inside the package.
•
The main circuit breaker to which the device will be connected, must be provided with
a leak relay of 30 mA.
•
Voltage surges shall not exceed ± 10%.
•
All the poles of fixed installation shall have a separation device for the power supply
circuit with a contact gap of 3 mm
•
It is necessary to provide an automatic switch corresponding to the highest voltage
indicated on the device in the electrical network to which the dishwasher is connected.
•
Behind the dishwasher, there should be provided a water pipe of 3/4" in diameter with
a 3/4"valve on its end. It is necessary because the rinsing system of the machine works
on the water pressure of the water supply network. The network shall have no leakage.
•
To ensure a long service life, especially of the heaters, the dishwasher must be
connected to a source of decalcified water (fresh water). In areas where you do not
know the calcium content in the water or calcified water is used, it is necessary to
provide a water softening equipment.
•
The temperature of the clean water supplied to the dishwasher should be within +4
o
and +55
C. Water of lower or higher temperature can damage your dishwasher and also
negatively affect performance.
•
The water pressure may vary depending on purpose for which the dishwasher is to be
used. Measure the water pressure, when installing. Depending on the received values,
perform the following procedures:
