PREPARING FOR WORK (BEFORE FIRST START-UP)
•
Unpack the equipment, and remove all packing materials. Do not discard the
documentation included in the scope of delivery.
•
Read the instruction manual carefully.
•
Wipe the equipment with a soft dry cloth.
•
Wash all removable parts that come into contact with fruits and vegetables with warm
soapy water, then rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry.

EQUIPMENT ASSEMBLY

1. Place the motor unit (7) on a stable base with a flat horizontal
surface. The surface must be dry and clean. The stand must
be able to support the weight of the equipment. Place the
bowl (5) on the motor block (7) so that the bowl spout enters
the slot on the motor unit designed for it.
2. Insert the grater filter (4) into the bowl. Make sure that the
grater filter is locked in the central socket of the bowl and that
nothing is obstructing its rotation.
3. Close the bowl with the lid (3) so that the lid's discharge opening
is directly above the waste container.
4. Rotate the locking lever (10) to the vertical
position. Make sure that the lid is securely
fastened with the lock.
