Radish & apple salad with feta

Apple cider vinegar

Extra virgin olive oil

Honey

Whole grain mustard
1/2 tsp
Salt
Pepper, to taste

Daikon radish, peeled, turned
into tagliatelle with the Midi
Spiralizer

Small apples, core removed,
turned into tagliatelle with the
Midi Spiralizer
4 oz
Feta cheese, crumbled
4 tbsp
Unsalted pistachios, shelled
Preparation time: approx. 20 min.
1. In a large bowl, whisk the vinegar, oil,
honey and mustard together, season with
salt and pepper.
2. Add the radish and apple tagliatelle, mix
carefully. Garnish with feta cheese and
pistachios.
