Red Beet salad with avocado cream

Cream cheese or sour cream

Lemon juice

Small red beets, boiled, peeled,
turned into spaghetti with the Midi
Spiralizer
4 tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp

Preparation time: approx. 20 min. | For 4 glasses
1. Puree the avocado, cream cheese, lemon
juice, basil leaves and salt. Portion the
avocado cream into the glasses.
2. Mix the red beets with oil and salt. Portion
on top of the avocado cream.
