• Do not disassemble, knock or push the battery through, take
care not to short-circuit the battery. Do not expose the battery
to high temperatures. Do not continue using the battery if it
leaks or expands.
• Always charge using the USB-cable in the box. If the battery is
replaced with the wrong type, there is a risk of explosion.
• Keep the battery away from children.
• Batteries may explode if exposed to an open fire. Never throw
batteries into fire.
• Never replace batteries yourself; leave this task to the dealer.
• Dispose of used batteries according to local regulations.
• Before disposing of the appliance, remove the battery and
dispose of it separately. To remove the battery, open the housing
using the cross screws.
• Attention: The battery must not be replaced independently!

Disposal
Disposal of packaging: Dispose of the packaging
according to its type. Add cardboard and paperboard to
the waste paper, foils to the recyclable waste collection.
Dispose of waste equipment: Applicable in the Euro-
pean Union and other European countries with systems
for the separate collection of recyclable materials. Old
appliances must not be disposed of in household waste!
If the Hear:Me Wireless can no longer be used, every consumer
is legally obliged to dispose of old devices separately from
household waste, e.g. at a collection point in his community/urban
district. This ensures that old appliances are recycled properly and
negative effects on the environment are avoided. For this reason,
electrical appliances are marked with the symbol shown opposite.
Batteries and accumulators must not be dis-
posed of in the household waste! As a consumer,
you are legally obliged to hand in all batteries and
accumulators, regardless of whether they contain the pollutants*
or not, at a collection point in your community/urban district or in
the trade, so that they can be disposed of in an environmentally
friendly manner.
