Installation
1. Remove the seat.
2. Remove the cap, bolts and the
rear carrier.
3. Install the top case plate (1)
onto the rear carrier by referring
to the figure.
4. Tighten the bolts (M8) (3) to the
specified torque.
For positioning of the top
case plate, tighten the loca-
tion bolt first.
Tightening torque
Bolt (M8) (3): 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-
m, 17.0 lbf-ft)
5. Install the rear carrier and
tighten the bolts securely.
6. Install the removed parts.
