3.2. HITCHING TO THE BIKE

SUPPORT LOAD
The minimum support load is 5kg and
the maximum 13kg. The minimum or
the maximum drawbar load is deter-
mined by placing the end of the draw-
bar on a scale in a horizontal position
and weighing the trailer at minimum
(empty) or maximum load (with pas-
sengers and luggage).

Slide the drawbar onto the clutch
H head and secure it with the safety
pin [H]. Don't forget to put the safety
bar back on as well.

Put the safety strap

bicycle frame and hook it into the
loop provided on the drawbar.
DRIVING BEHAVIOUR
Note that the braking distance
and turning circle are changed
by pulling the trailer.
Avoid fast change of direction and evasion
manoeuvres, drive in a controlled manner
on steep roads and around bends.
