The negative pressure in the room during the work process
(temperature or humidity regulation) is set by the "Negative pressure
setting" button. It reduces the speed of the intake fan synchronous to the
exhaust air fan so that the regulator guarantees a constant negative
pressure in the room.
EN
The desired hysteresis (control range) of the temperature is set with
the button "Hysteresis setting". At a small hysteresis of 1 degree the
regulator is sensitive and controls the fan from 0-100% in this +1 degree
above the set desired value, at a large hysteresis of 8 degrees the fan
operates sluggishly.
At the 2 Jumpers JMP1 you can switch Intake- and exhaust fan
individually from 0-10V to PWM (pulse with modulation) signal. (see
picture)
The fan controller is equipped with two temperature surveillance
sensors. One is placed at the heat-sink close to the TRIAC transistors, the
other one in the main processor in the inside of the housing.
These sensors are constantly monitoring the temperature and shut
down at max. 75°С and cool down to 50°С. In case such emergency stops
happen the red temperature LED starts to blink and keeps blinking until you
restart the controller again. Unplug and plug the power cable. If an
emergency stops happen to make sure the controller has enough cooling at
the heat sink.
The fan controller must be connected to a domestic socket with a 10A
or 13A fuse. If there is a fault in the appliance check the fuse first of all.
Always disconnect the power before opening the plug. There are life
threatening voltages in the appliance. 230V DANGER TO LIFE!!!
