4. Electrical connection of the heating circuit assembly
Caution
Always disconnect electrical devices from
the mains when performing any work.
Work on mains cables should only be
performed by authorised specialists. All
applicable regulations must be observed.
The pump and mixer should be connected to the
Systa controller board in accordance with the wiring
diagram included in the boiler's documentation folder.
The mixer must be wired on the SystaComfort
controller board as follows:
brown mixer cable to M+ (mixer starts up)
white mixer cable to M- (mixer closes down)
blue mixer cable to N (neutral conductor)
If flow and return sensors are required for the control-
ler used, these must be inserted into the thermostat
pockets intended for this purpose.
All connection and sensor cables must run downwards
inside the heating circuit station. For this purpose,
there are slots to hold the cables in the rear insulation
shell.
The return sensor must be secured against slipping
out by means of the securing screw on the thermostat
pocket. The flow sensor is fastened solely by its sen-
sor cable which is slotted into the rear insulation shell.

4.1 Correct mixer running direction for
HSM heating circuit station
If the mixer motor is running in the wrong direction
after reassembly (controller is set at warm and the
mixer goes to 0 instead of 10, then the two connecton
cables (brown and white) from the mixer motor should
be changed over.
4.2 Removing the mixer motor
To remove the mixer motor, completely loosen the
screw at the turning handle. The mixer motor can now
be detached.
4.3 Manual operation of the mixer motor
In the case of controller failure, the mixer can be set
to manual operation with the turning knob on the
housing. This releases the gear so the mixer valve
can be set at any position by turning the handle on
the mixer motor.
