Important
The device may only be installed by a home care provider's instructed person.
Do not make any changes to the device settings.
Do not make any changes to the mains plug of the device and secure the mains cable against
squeezing or bending.
In the event of unforeseen incidents, error messages, unexplained changes in the performance
of the device, or if you require any other assistance, please contact your home care provider's
instructed person. If in doubt, you can interrupt the measurement by removing the sensor, cleaning
it and placing it in the docking station.
If you need to interrupt a session after monitoring has started (e.g. to go to the bathroom), you may
disconnect the sensor for up to 20 minutes. If you disconnect the sensor for more than 30 minutes,
the recording will be lost.

Keep electronic devices and cables out of reach of children and pets.
Make sure that children do not swallow Contact Gel or small parts such as the sensor, the Multi-Site
Attachment Rings or Ear Clip.
Only use Sentec Contact Gel. Do not use any other contact gel/liquid.
Do not pour any liquid on the SDM or its accessories. If the SDM has been wetted accidentally, it
must be removed from AC power, wiped dry externally, allowed to dry thoroughly, and inspected by
qualified service personnel before further use. The SDM is protected against vertically falling drops
of water, the Isolation Transformer is protected against splash water.
Keep the device away from heat sources (e.g. heating) and at least 50 cm from flammable materials.
Mobile telephones and other radio communication devices must be kept 1 m away from the device.
Do not cover the device.
Do not use a non-invasive blood pressure cuff or other constricting devices on the same limb as the
sensor. This may result in inaccurate measurements.
Protect all devices from lint, dust and direct sunlight.
High ambient light conditions may result in inaccurate measurements.
