Power Supply

This unit can be used with AC adapter,
battery pack or car DC adapter.
Using the Unit with AC adapter

Note
• This unit is in standby mode when;
- the AC adapter is connected to the
unit and the AC power cord is
connected to an AC outlet. (STANDBY/
ON indicator light up in red.)
- the battery pack is attached to the
unit. (STANDBY/ON indicator does not
light up.)
• When you want to turn off the unit
completely, you must disconnect the AC
adapter and detach the battery pack.
Using the Unit with the Battery Pack
The battery pack is not charged at the time of
purchase. Please charge the battery pack
before using for the first time.
Attaching the Battery Pack

Place the battery pack as illustrated
below.

Slide the lock on the right side in
the direction of the arrow.
Detaching the Battery Pack

Slide the lock on the right side in
the direction of the arrow.

Then release the lock on the left
side by sliding and holding it in the
direction of the arrow, then detach
the battery pack in the direction of
the arrow.
Caution
• Turn off the unit before attaching or
detaching the battery pack.
• Detach the battery pack when you do
not use it.
Charging the Battery Pack
Attach the battery pack and connect the
AC adapter.
• For connection, refer to "Using the Unit
with AC adapter" on this page.
• CHARGE indicator lights up in green while
charging the battery and turns off when
charging is finished.
