Adjusting the reclining position
NOTE: Make sure that the backrest end caps are correctly in place for both
of the two possible positions.
•
The seat ahs two reclining positions.
•
Press the backrest end caps on both sides, to obtain the most reclined position
(fig.1).
•
Pull both end caps outwards to place the backrest in the second position (fig.2).
Adjusting the height of the headrest
•
Keep the headrest adjustment button pressed and pull upwards to adjust the height
(fig.3).
•
Adjust the headrest to suit the child's height, and release the button to secure it in the
required position.
Installing the safety seat with the seat belt (fig.
4-5)
WARNING: Make sure that the seat belt is not twisted.
•
Put the backrest into one of the two possible positions.
•
Place the safety seat on the vehicle seat, and put the headrest into the highest
position.
•
Press the child restraint system, leaning on the front part, against the vehicle seat.
•
Place the child in the seat and take hold of the end of the seat belt and then pass the
diagonal section through the guide on the headrest.
•
The abdominal section should go over the child's legs, and under both armrests. It
should pass through the belt guides marked in red.
•
Fasten the seat belt buckle.
•
Adjust the headrest, so that it is at the correct height, and tighten the seat belt.
