4. Install bolts of plate support - Loosely install (2) 1/2" bolts with (2) conical toothed washers from bottom of the hitch into the weld nut of support plate.
Torque 75 ft-lb
5. Tightened 3/4-10 X 3.00 GR8 fastener to 380 ft-lb and 1/2-13 X 1.75 GR5 fasteners to 75 ft-lb with torque wrench.
6. Install bolt cap - Install (1) bolt cap on head of 3/4" bolt.
Torque 380 ft-lb
