NOTE: The adjustable bed provides three configurations: Twin Bed, Full Bed or Queen Bed. Please
choose the option that best suits your needs. DO NOT discard any of the hardware or parts that you will
not use on your chosen option. This will allow you to use this bed in different configurations at a late date,
if desired. Please follow the instructions carefully to insure a safe and sturdy bed. Do not fully tighten the
bolts until all parts are attached.
1. Unpack the units and confirm that you have all hardware and required parts. Assembly the unit on a
carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.
2. Choose the desired configuration, fit the proper Connectors (L, M, N or P) and Cross Assembly (O or Q)
between the Left and Right Headboards (A and B). Make sure the mounting holes overlap the threaded
sockets on the Long Connectors (L, N or P) properly. Proceed to secure them in place with four 5/8" Bolts (1).
