14. Error Messages und Fault Clearance

Messages are displayed in plaintext and are self-explanatory.

In case a fault cannot be cleared by the aid of the instructions above,
please contact your Henry Schein Sales representative (16. Customer
service).

Cause
The test stick wasn't
dipped completely
A wrong test stick
has been detected
(wrong type)
The stick hasn't been
pushed into the stick
retainer far enough
Paper roll empty or
printer flap open
Batteries are low
Power supply not
installed or defect

Solution
Repeat measurement
with a new stick
Use correct test sticks
New measurement,
place strip in right
position
Replace paper and
close printer flap
Exchange batteries or
use power pack
Check whether all
connections are
plugged in and whether
the power socket is
functioning
