CONNECTING TO A WOODEN FLOOR
WARNING
There is a risk of injury if the rack is poorly connected to the van floor and walls.

Installation on a wooden floor other than the original Sortimo floor may lead to an unsafe

connection of the rack.

the provided wooden installation kit.
INSTRUCTIONS
Parts (x12) O (insert)
(x12) P (bolt)
1. Place the rack on the wooden floor.
2. Ensure the two supports are:
a. Positioned at an equal distance from the van wall.
b. Parallel to each other.
c. Perpendicular to the van floor, using a carpenter's
square (DO NOT use a level).
3. Mark the bigger holes of the rack feet on the Sortimo floor
(6 per feet = 12 per rack)
4. Move the rack aside.
5. Drill into the wooden floor with an
8 mm (5/16") diameter drill.
6. Push or hammer-in the inserts into the wooden floor
(6 per feet = 12 per rack).
7. Connect the rack feet to the floor with the M6 bolts. Use a 10
mm open wrench. (Required torque is 7–8 Nm)
