Aquarium wall thickness should be of 12mm.
2.Place the lighting unit in horizontal position and orient it towards the
aquarium to light its surface homogeneously.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING:
Disconnect or switch off all operating devices before any intervention.
Keeping Vega clean means obtaining a high performance.
The excessive salt or fouling deposits may reduce the lamp brightness. To clean
the lighting group, use a soft, damp cloth, avoiding to wet the contacts.
WARNING: clean the lighting group only when it is not operating and no longer
heated.
SPOTTING POTENTIAL TECHNICAL PROBLEMS
If the unit does not generate any light, make sure it is connected properly (see
Installation) and switched on. Also, check the electric plant voltage is suitable
to support the unit.
SETTING:
Through the special switch / dimmer it is possible to adjust the light intensity
and the color temperature of the VEGA LED light. Through the key you can
decide whether to switch on CHANNEL 1 (including the white and red LEDs in
the freshwater version and the white LEDs in the marine version), CHANNEL 2
(in both versions only the blue LEDs in the lamps marine you have two different
types of blue LED while in the freshwater one type), CHANNEL 1 + CHANNEL 2
or turn off the lamp (CHANNEL 1 + CHANNEL 2 off). The individual channels are
dimmable in power: select the desired channel with the key and use the
[+ -] keys to increase or decrease the light intensity according to your needs.
The two channels are dimmable separately to allow you to set the desired color
temperature and light intensity. The dimmer is equipped with memory: in this
way connecting the lamp to a mechanical timer (sold separately) you can set
a daily cycle with the certainty that the lamp will always light up with the
setting you have set.
RECYCLING
This product is markerd with the appropriate symbol that identifies the relative
separate collection of electrical and alectronic equipment. This means that the
product must be dumped according to the recycling laws (European directive
2002/96/CE) to reduce ambiental impact. For more information you can
contact your local or regional administration. The wrong dumping of electronic
products is potentially dangerous for nature and for human health because of
the presence of dangerous substances. Disposal not in accordance with the
directive is penalty sanctioned.
GUARANTEE: This product is guaranteed for a period of 24 months from
the date of purchase for material or manufacturing defects. Certificate of
guarantee must be filled out completely by reseal dealer and must accompany
equipment along with the receipt, in case it is submitted for repair. Guarantee
consists in substitution of defective parts. Guarantee is considered void in case
of improper use, nor does it answer to damages caused by improper handling
or negligence on the part of the buyer. Excluded from guarantee parts subject
