fill the product to be cooked in the specific container and
place it in the cooking cavity (fig. 4).
Maintain a constant water level in the cooking cavity. As
needed, turn the water filling knob to the low flow position (fig.
5 Detail C).
When the pasta is cooked, remove the container from the tank
and place it in a place prepared beforehand.

Deactivation

At the end of the work cycle, turn the knobs on the appliance
to "zero" (fig. 5 detail B and fig.6).
The light indicators must stay off.
The appliance must be cleaned regularly and every
incrustation or food deposit removed. See chapter:
"Cleaning instructions"
If present, the indicator lights must be off at the end
of the work cycle.
The hob and/or cooking cavity must be empty when
cleaning the appliance.
Wait for the temperature of the cooking cavity to cool
off so that the operator is not burnt.
Check to make sure the drain piping has no
obstructions.
Check the type of drain present on the appliance
(Collected drainage - Open drainage).
