Lemon 6 Lemons
290G sugar
435Ml water
Strawberry 435G fresh strawberries
145Ml water
90G sugar
1/2 Spoonfull of lemon juice

Grate the rind of 5 lemons ans squeeze all of them
Leave sugar to dissove in hot water
Add grated lemon rind
Add the juice form the lemons
Leave to cool down
Add mixture into ice cream maker
Bring water to oil and dissolve sugar
Leave it to cool down
Add the rest of the ingredients and crush together
Add mixture into ice cream maker
