Recipe Ingredients
Cream 350Ml skimmed milk
150Ml heavy cream
40G confectioners sugar
Banana 1 Large ripe banana
200Ml skimmed milk
100Ml heavy cream
50 G confectioners sugar
Rasberry 200G fresh rasberries
frozen yoghurt
200Ml natural yoghurt
100G confectioners sugar
Chocolate mint 200Ml skimmed milk
200Ml heavy cream
50G confectioners sugar
50G grated chocolate
Peppermint extract
Strawberry 250G fresh strawberries
100Ml heavy cream
100G confectioners sugar
1/2 Spoonfull of lemon juice
Vanilla custard 200Ml skimmed milk
200Ml heavy cream
50G confectioners sugar
2 Egg yolks
Vanilla extract
Lemon peel

Preperation
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Add mixture into ice cream maker
Mash banana
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Add mixture into ice cream maker
Mash rasberries into a puree
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Add mixture into ice cream maker
Place milk and sugar in a suacepan
Place over low heat and stir untill sugar dissolves
Leave to cool down
Add cream and peppermint extract
Add mixture into ice cream maker
When mixture starts to freeze add chocholate
through the chute
Allow to freeze to the desired consistancy
Mash strawberries into a puree
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Add mixture into ice cream maker
In a suacepan slowly bring half the milk and sugar
and lemon peel to the boil
In a separate bolw beat the egg yolks with the rest of
the milk
Add to the saucepan and stir untill it thickens
Leave it to cool down
Add the cream
Add mixture into ice cream maker
