3.2. Use and care:
3.2.1. Connect the hose accessories: insert the hose
end into the hose socket at the front cover and then
hook it. Remove the hose accessories: press the
adaptors at both sides of the hose end and then pull the
hose accessories.
3.2.2. Connect the plastic tube to the curved end of the
hose.
3.2.3. Connect floor or crevice tool to the tube for
different cleaning purpose: floor brush (adjusted to
the type of ground) for carpet or floor; crevice tool
with combined brush & nozzle for sofa, wall surface,
curtain, corner or space between furniture and etc.
3.2.4. Turn on the machine: insert the plug in the wall
socket and then press ON switch.
3.2.5. Cord rewinding: remove the plug from the wall
socket, press the cord rewind button and the power
cord will be drawn in.
CAUTION! The appliance has a rapid cord reel mecha-
nism, please take extra care when retracting the cord.
3.3 Once you have finished using the appliance:
3.3.1. Allow appliance to cool down.
3.3.2. Unplug the appliance from the mains power
supply.
3.3.3. Clean the appliance as described in the cleaning
section.
4. Cleaning
4.1. Clean the dust bin: when the dust bin is almost
on max, it is time to empty the dust cylinder. Open the
front cover by unclipping the dust cylinder lock. Take
out the bin and empty it.
4.2.Cleaning the HEPA lter: once the dustbin is removed
un-clip the top handle to remove the HEPA lter. Please
use the brush on the crevice tool to brush the dust,
thereafter rince under running water and allow to dry for
24 hours before putting it back into the machine. This
should be done regularly but is recommended at least
once a month.
4.3. Cleaning the air outlet filter: this is situated at the
back of the vacuum. Un-clip the back cover to remove
the air outlet filter. This should be washed at least
every six months. Allow to dry in the sun at least 24hrs
before using again(Ensure that the air outer filter is
properly dry before use).
NB: Please ensure that the filters are clean before
use. This will prolong the life of the motor.
5. Anomalies and repair
5.1. Take the appliance to an authorised support centre
if product is damaged or other problems arise.
5.2. If the connection to the mains has been damaged,
it must be replaced and you should proceed as you
would in the case of damage.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1. Blockage:
Loss of suction
6.1.1. Check if the dust cylinder is full, if so then please
empty.
6.1.2. Check the floor tool, hose or tubes and filter, for
any blockage. Once the blockage is cleared you may
use the vacuum again.
6.2. Reduction in suction:
If reduced suction occurs, below is a list of causes:
6.2.1 HEPA filter could be blocked due to not being
cleaned regularly, or the bagless dust compartment is
full and should be cleaned.
6.2.2. While operating the appliance, one should keep
it far away from any heat source. Before cleaning
commences, please ensure that the appliance and all
hoses and extension tubes are free of large or sharp
objects as this can cause damage to the appliance or
accessories.
6.2.3. When removing the plug from the wall socket,
do not pull the power supply cord. Place hand directly
on the plug and remove from the wall socket.
Should the appliance make a strange or abnormal
sound during operation, switch it off. Clean out the
appliance as well as all the piping and ensure that all
