Safety warnings

Before installing the lock, please read carefully the instructions below.
For a correct understanding of the technical terms and of the connection
scheme, we recommend that you make your lock installed by a qualified
technician, in order to avoid the inconveniences created by the incorrect
connection of the electric lock.

Main features

Mechanical operation method: Fail Secure (normally closed). The electric
lock keeps the door closed when not powered

Universal. Recommended for doors opening inwards or outwards, on the
left or on the right.

Connection instructions

The accessories of the product include a diode that, connected, prevents
current shocks transmitted to the access control system in case of incorrect
closing of the electric lock. It is recommended that the diode be connected in
parallel with the lock connections.
The electric lock can be controlled by a NO circuit (normally open) that offers
a 12V voltage either pulse type (if the retention function is applied) or timed
type (maximum 1-3 seconds).
The retaining function is active if the central pin inside the electric lock (see
picture below) is pressed by the bolt of the door lock when the door is closed.
