Spice cutter
Cutting, not grinding.
Spices transform simple ingredients into
culinary delicacies. The intense aroma is
thanks to the essential oils that are released
when seasoning. Unfortunately both the
aroma and taste fade away quickly. Therefore
handling spices in the correct way is all the
more important.
The SchneidWerk® cutting mechanism with
knife-sharp teeth cuts dried herbs, ginger
and spices such as chilli, caraway seeds,
coriander, fennel, aniseed, mustard seeds,
sesame (black) and cardamom instead of
crushing or grinding them. This retains their
aroma much better.

Spice holder made of acrylic glass.
Operating instructions
To fill the casing (3) hold the threaded ring
(4) firmly and screw the spice holder (5) in a
clockwise direction.
Fill with the desired herb and screw the spice
holder (5) tight.
When you wish to grind, remove the cap (1).
Rotate the spice cutter on the top, firmly
hold the casing (3) and turn the spice holder
(5) in a clockwise direction.
Cleaning and care instructions
Only wipe the outside of the casing with a
damp cloth.
Wash the spice holder by hand.
