INTRODUCTION

You have purchased a piece of professional equipment. Prior to commencing operation, you
should read and understand this Datasheet and keep it safe for the entire service life of the
equipment.
Please keep in mind that observing the instructions in this Datasheet extends the service life
of the equipment and prevents injury of operating personnel.
We hope our recommendations will facilitate the operation of the equipment as much as
possible.
USE OF THE PRODUCT
This equipment is designed for use at public catering facilities and is used for making sausage
products with prepared minced meat.
OPERATING INSTRUCTION
1. Make sure that the equipment is connected to a power source with the appropriate
specifications. Do not forget to earth the equipment!
2. Put the prepared minced meat inside the cylinder of the syringe and close the lid.
3. Turn the switch on the control panel clockwise. Then, press the footswitch to adjust the
feeding of minced meat through the nozzle.
4. Turn back the switch on the control panel, counterclockwise, and pressing the footswitch
to return the piston (pusher) to its original position (at the bottom of the cylinder).
SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
1. Before or after using the equipment, be sure to clean its cylinder, lid, piston, and nozzle.
2. Never remove the hydraulic elements.
3. Do not wash the equipment under running water.
4. After cleaning, wipe the equipment with a dry soft cloth or a wipe.
