3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
APPLIANCE LOCATION
The temperature of environment must not be higher than
40°C and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the device
is being used. There should be at least 10 cm distance
between each side of the device and the wall or other
objects. The device should always be used when positioned
on an even, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface, and
be out of the reach of children and persons with limited
mental and sensory functions. Position the device such that
you always have access to the power plug. The power cord
connected to the appliance must be properly grounded
and correspond to the technical details on the product
label. The appliance is intended for indoor use.
Disassemble the device and all its components and clean
them before the first use.

The appliance has a safety device that stops its operation
when the drum cover is lifted or the discharge cover is
lifted. In case of danger, you can immediately turn off

the appliance using the emergency switch located on the
appliance housing.
ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE
1.
Open the packaging, check that the appliance has
not been damaged during transport and that all
parts are present.
2.
Place the appliance in a selected, prepared position.
3.
The appliance should be grounded.
4.
Water hose connection
a)
Connect the hose to the water inlet point (A).
b)
Connect the other end of the hose to the water
source (B).
c)
Incline the water drain (C) to facilitate the draining of
waste. The underground drain pipe must be at least
50 mm in diameter.

NOTE: Operate the appliance for no more than 5 minutes
when processing one batch of potatoes.
1.
Open the cover by pulling the handle (A).
a)
Pull back the handle until it clicks, then lift the cover.
b)
If the internal disk was previously removed, put it
back inside the drum.

Pour potatoes into the drum
3.
Replace the cover and make sure it is closed properly.
a)
Ensure that the chute (B) is closed.
4.
Connect the appliance to the power source.
The indicator (C) will light up indicating that the
appliance is ready for operation.
5.
Set the desired working time using the timer (F).
a)
The green indicator (D) will light up to indicate that
the appliance has started operation.

b)
Make sure that water is supplied to the appliance in
a continuous stream
Important: The appliance is intended for peeling
potatoes in the presence of water. If water is not
supplied, you will not achieve the desired effect.

After the set time has elapsed, the green light will
turn off and the appliance will stop working.
a)
If during operation the appliance stops or you
need to inspect it, press the emergency switch and
disconnect it from the power source;
b)
After the inspection and / or removal of the cause of
the stoppage, connect the appliance to the power
source and follow points 1-9

To remove peeled potatoes, open the chute (B).
Important: place a container (e.g. a bowl) directly
under the equipment chute.
8.
Press the discharge button (E), the machine will start
rotating without supplying water.
a)
Keep the peeler chute open, check the quality of
potatoes ejected by the peeler.
IMPORTANT: Do not use your hands or objects to
empty the spinning drum manually.
9.
After the work is finished and all the potatoes are out
a)
Press the discharge button;
b)
The entire contents of the drum will be discharged
into an existing waste drain;
c)
Make sure the discharge and chute are closed.
10.
The appliance is ready for further use.
a)
If the appliance will not be used any more that day,
clean it.
11.
To clean the machine, follow the instructions (1-9)
without pouring potatoes into the drum.
12.
Repeat the drum cleaning operation until the desired
effect is achieved.

3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT: The appliance should be cleaned at the end
of each day of use.
a)
Unplug the mains plug and allow the device to cool
completely before each cleaning, adjustment or
replacement of accessories, or if the device is not
being used.
b)
Use only mild, food-safe detergents to wash the
device.
c)
After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried
completely before using it again.
d)
Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
e)
Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge
it in water. Never use a pressure washer to clean the
appliance.
f)
Do not allow water to get inside the device through
vents in the housing of the device.
g)
Clean the vents with a brush and compressed air.
h)
The device must be regularly inspected to check its
technical efficiency and spot any damage.
i)
Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
j)
Do not leave the battery in the device if it will not be
used for a longer period of time.
k)
Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
l)
Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning
(e.g. a wire brush or a metal spatula) because they
may damage the surface material of the appliance.
m)
Do not clean the device with an acidic substance,
agents of medical purposes, thinners, fuel, oils or
other chemical substances because it may damage
the device.
