The TRCP1 is an easy-to-fly radio-controlled electro glider made of shock-resistant synthetic materials. This scale
model is almost completely pre-assembled and it only takes a few simple actions to have it ready to fly!
2. Safety instructions
• Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this manual is not covered by the warranty and the dealer will
not accept responsibility for any ensuing defects or problems.
• The TRCP1 is not a toy and is only suitable for ages 14 and up.
• Use a frequency that is not already taken or that does not interfere with any other frequency. Use the supplied
frequency crystals to select a frequency.
• Choose a suited location to fly your plane: do not fly in the vicinity of people, animals, cars or high tension cables
and always be careful not to damage other people's property. Remember that you are always the sole responsible!
• In case of a malfunction, stop operating the plane immediately to avoid losing control over the TRCP1.
• Do not touch any rotating and/or hot engine parts during use and the cooling down period to avoid severe burns.
Let the engine cool down sufficiently after use. Be careful not to overload or block the engine.
• During test runs, protect yourself against dirt or pebbles, blown up by rotating parts.
• Keep all electrical components clear of water and foreign bodies.
• Carefully charge and discharge the battery packs and make sure the battery packs and connectors do not show
any sign of damage.
• Always check the battery pack before use. If in doubt, recharge it. Never short-circuit the battery pack by bringing
the negative and the positive pole together. Never throw the battery packs into a fire, this may cause them to
explode!
• Always check the operating safety of your plane and make sure all screws are securely tightened. Remember that
it is your sole responsibility.
• All modifications of the device are forbidden for safety reasons. All damage caused by user-modifications will void
the warranty.
• CE-certification for electric motors; applied standards: EN 50081-1, IEC 100-4-2, IEC 1000-4-3, EN 50082-1.
• Keep this manual for ordering spare parts and future reference.
3. Contents
The TRCP1 comes with a pre-assembled fuselage with propulsion system and RC-installation, foamed wings, a
foamed tail, landing gear, a remote control, a battery pack, battery charger, and a manual.
The tools required for the assembly for this scale model are not supplied. All you need is a cutter knife and a
screwdriver.
