7. The rung section folds away as soon as you release the lock. Hold onto the platform and
close the section in a controlled manner with both hands.
8. Release and collapse the platform at the other end of the platform as well.
9. Check that all extended platform sections are locked before using the platform.
C – CLOSING THE PLATFORM
10. Clean the platform if required (see below).
11. The entire platform is unlocked by using the sliding buttons on the second rung from the
bottom. Unlock one sliding button at a time while holding the stile of the upright platform
with your other hand (so it does not collapse by its own weight).
12. Close the platform carefully by holding both hands on the stiles in such a way so you do
not catch your fingers.
13. Turn the platform onto its back.
14. The locking buttons are on the outside of the platform. Press one locking button to fold one
side of the platform. Perform the same on the other side of the platform.
15. Hold up the middle catch and fold the platform together. Hold in the legs on both sides so
that they fold into the middle. OBS! Be careful so you don't catch your fingers.
USE
• The maximum total load is 150 kg outside of Sweden. In Sweden, due to domestic
regulations, the maximum total load is 230 kg and with a maximum of 2 users
• Do not use the platform on unfirm surface.
• Do not overreach.
• Do not erect platform on contaminated ground.
• Maximum one person on the platform at a time
• Keep a secure grip on the platform when ascending and descending. Maintain a handhold
whilst working from a platform or take additional safety precautions if you cannot.
• Avoid work that imposes a sideways load on platforms, such as side-on drilling through
solid materials.
• Do not carry equipment which is heavy or difficult to handle while using a platform.
• Wear suitable footwear when climbing a platform.
• Platforms should only be used for light work of short duration (tiredness is a risk).
• Do not use the platform outside in adverse weather conditions, such as strong wind.
• When positioning the platform take into account risk of collision with the platform e.g.
from pedestrians, vehicles or doors. Secure doors (not fire exits) and windows where
possible in the work area.
• Do not modify the platform design.
• Do not move a platform while standing on it.
• Do not use the platform for dirty work or in dirty environments. If, for example, the platform
is used for bricklaying, concreting or painting, over time it may be hard to keep it clean,
impairing the telescopic function.
• This platform is for professional use.
• Open the platform fully before use.
• Use the platform with restraint devices engaged only.
