The level indications on the left apply to large cups (120 ml).
The level indications on the right apply to small cups (80 ml).

Put pre-ground coffee (filter-fine grind) in the filter.
For large cups: use one full measuring spoon for each cup.
For small cups: use one level measuring spoon for each cup.

Close the lid.

Select the strength and the amount of coffee you want to brew:
- Gold [
- Gold p
- Mocca p : for more than half a jug of robust coffee.
- Mocca [ : for less than half a jug of robust coffee.
Switching the appliance on or off
Switching the appliance on right away.

1 Press the I button to switch the appliance on right away.
Switching the appliance on by means of the timer.

Press the AUTO button to set the timer.
The yellow pilot light will go on.

Press the 'H' button or the 'M' button.
The corresponding digits will start blinking.

Adjust the blinking digits by pressing the 'H' or the 'M' button again.
A few seconds after you have finished setting the timer, the digits will
stop blinking and the normal time will reappear.
You can always check whether you have set the timer correctly by
pressing the 'AUTO' button.
The yellow pilot light goes on and the appliance will start brewing
coffee at the preset time.
: for less than half a jug of mild coffee.
: for more than half a jug of mild coffee.
