If your device does not automatically pair, repeat steps 2-4.
NOTE: Press and hold either Track Button for 5 seconds to disconnect from the Bluetooth
pairing in order to allow another user to connect to the speaker.
CONNECTING A DEVICE VIA AUDIO CABLE
1. Press and hold the Power/Play/Phone Button until you hear a sound. The LED indicator light
located on the top of the speaker will flash blue.
2. Insert one end of your included audio cable into the LINE-IN port located on the back of the
ConcertBlok.
3. Insert the other end of the cable to your audio device. The LED indicator light will turn solid
blue.
NOTE: If an audio cable is inserted into both the speaker and audio device, it will disconnect
any Bluetooth connectivity. Once the audio cable is removed from the speaker, the speaker will
go into Bluetooth pairing mode.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Issue: My speaker doesn't turn on.
Solution: Make sure that you fully charge your speaker before use. Hold down the
Power/Play/Phone Button until you hear a sound.
Issue: My speaker isn't charging.
Solution: Make sure that the charge port on the speaker is free from dirt and debris. Make
sure that you are using the charge cable that came with your speaker.
Issue: My speaker isn't syncing to Bluetooth.
Solution: Make sure that the Bluetooth setting is turned "ON" on your device. Refer to your
device's user guide for Bluetooth syncing instructions. Different devices sync to Bluetooth in
