GENERAL INFORMATION

When you first use the unit, the grill plates may emit
some smoke. Do not worry because after few uses the
smoke will disappear.
To avoid risk of burns, when the unit is working, only
touch the knobs since other parts may become very
hot. Handle with care freshly-cooked food.
- CAUTION: The hot plate is different from the gas one:
after turning off the product, plates remain hot for
several minutes and should never be touched.
- Use the product only for the purpose for which it was
designed; using pots or containers suitable for cooking.
Use containers suitable for the dimensions of the plates.
- Never leave the appliance unattended while it is running.
- Once finished using the appliance, unplug it and wait for
the complete cooling of each part before storing or
cleaning unit. Only use a soft sponge to clean the plates.
- Do not immerse in water or other liquids. Do not leave it
under the stream of tap water. In any case avoid water or
other liquids sliding on the cooking surfaces.
