spray or lightly coat with a small amount of vegetable oil.
NOTE: The oil helps protect the non-stick quality of the cooking surfaces.
8. Open the Breakfast Bites Maker and place the Egg Bites Pan on the lower
cooking surface. Using the handle, close and press the top cooking
plate to the bottom plate. Secure handles with the lock.
NOTE: Cooking time will vary based on the recipe and ingredients used. When
using the Egg Bites Pan, for best results it is recommended to fill no more than
halfway with ingredients or it may overflow with food, resulting in the top
being burnt. Average cook time is approximately 6 minutes or less.
CAUTION: Steam may release from appliance during cooking. For your safety,
avoid contact with steam as it is very hot and can cause burns.
9. Once food is cooked to your preference, raise the lid using the handle. Remove
food using a heat-resistant nylon, silicone or wooden cooking utensil. The Egg
Bite Pan comes with a mini tongs so you can remove the pan safely.
NOTE: Do not use metal utensils, as they may scratch and damage the cooking surfaces.
10. As soon as you are finished cooking, unplug appliance and allow to cool.
