3. Install the Spout
- Thread two screws into the threaded ring until they barely protrude
from the top of the threaded ring.
- Install the rubber gasket to the underside of the spout. Fit the spout
through the sink hole. Position the spout so it faces forward, with the
Kohler logo facing the user.
- Fit the fiber washer and metal washer on the spout shank, and install
the threaded ring to the spout shank until the threaded ring is just
touching the sink. Turn the threaded ring as needed so the screws
are to the front and back of the spout.
- Position the spout to obtain the desired range of rotation. Securely
tighten the screws.
4. Position the Channel
NOTE Metal and plastic components may have sharp edges and
:
corners. Handle these parts carefully.
- Fit the channel over the spout shank with the open end facing the
valve.
- Insert two square-head bolts through the top holes in the channel,
and install washers and hex nuts.
- Position the top of the channel even with the bottom of the spout
shank threads.
- Securely wrench tighten the hex nuts.
