19. WARRANTY
The warranty covers 12 months for professional users. The warranty covers
against manufacturing defects of mechanical parts, battery, charger, motor
and transmission mechanism, etc., performance reduction due to wear and
tear are not included. The guarantee loses its validity in the following cases:

Wrong use of the tool.
•
Maintenance not performed as indicated in this user manual.
•
Modifications made on the tool.
•
Tool damages even if caused by mistake.
•
Damages caused by reparations operated by unqualified people.
•
Natural events.
•
Lack of the battery charge with the required frequency.
•
Reduced performance of components subject to wear during normal
use (eg, chain, bar, battery, pinion, bearings, etc.) are excluded from the
warranty.
The warranty is valid only for products that have been registered through the
website within 30 days of the date of purchase.
