b. Connecting an electric strike or lock
- Voltage controlled lock or strike:
Connect it directly to the L+ and L- terminals (terminals to the left) in the power supply unit.
When the command is sent, a gate icon is displayed on the LCD screen of the camera panel.
CAUTION
SW1 allows selecting an impulsive (I or position ON) or hold down (O or position OFF) control.
The hold time of the strike is 5 to 14 s see chapter 9 "configuration".
It is possible to test rapidly the operation of the lock by pressing the button "LK test" in the power supply block.

The electrical lock or strike you are going to install has to be imperatively
equipped with a mechanical memory like all Extel references.
