2.6. Liability

We can only provide a warranty if the product is used under the
conditions specified and for the intended purposes. Modifications,
enhancements, repairs and maintenance work is carried out only by
those individuals who have been authorised by us to do so, and the
commode chair is used in accordance with all the instructions for use.

3. Product and scope of delivery

3.1. Checking the delivered goods

All B+B products undergo an appropriate final inspection at our
factory and the CE mark is affixed.
B+B commode chairs are delivered in a special cardboard box.
Delivery and induction are carried out by a qualified medical
equipment retailer.
After unpacking, retain the cardboard box if possible.
It can be used for possible later storage or return of the product.
When sending by train or shipping company, the goods must be
checked immediately for transport damage in the presence of the
forwarding agent.
If any damage is apparent, contact our
Customer service immediately (Tel.: +49 (0)700/6000 7070).
Check that the delivery is complete and undamaged (see Chapter
3.2).
In the case of anomalies or damage, contact our
Customer service.

3.2. Scope of delivery

The following is included in the packing:
• Commode chair
• Toilet bucket
• Seat padding
• User manual
