12. Warranty

B+B provides the legal warranty of 2 years for the TS-Care. The
warranty covers all defects of the commode chair which are proven to
be due to faulty material or manufacturing. In the event of a claim,
the fully completed warranty certificate must be submitted with the
product.
Failure to observe the instructions in the User manual as well as not
carrying out maintenance work properly and/or making technical
modifications and additions (attachments) without the agreement
of Bischoff & Bischoff GmbH will lead to loss of warranty and the
manufacturer's liability.
