ATTENTION! Do not attempt to
clean the appliance and its parts
using water under pressure or by
soaking it in water or other liquid.
ATTENTION! Do not attempt
to clean the appliance in a
dish-washing machine.
ATTENTION! When cleaning
the appliance, it should be fully
unplugged. After cleaning and
before use, please make sure that
the appliance has fully dried.
ATTENTION! During cleaning,
prevent water from entering in the
inner parts of the appliance, where
electrical equipment is put, as risk
of electric shock might appear.
To clean the appliance, do not
use chemical products, peeling
materials or corrosive media,
unsuitable for food processing
appliances. Surfaces that come
to contact with products to be
mixed (axis, mixing propellers,
metallic & plastic container)
should not be lined.
To clean the appliance, always use
neutral detergent- disinfectant.
Make sure that detergents-
disinfectants you use are suitable
for food processing appliances,
according to their MSDS.
Please observe the application
times mentioned in the MSDS
to avoid toxic dangers.
Make sure that water having
been used to clean the
appliance is properly drained
to sewage disposal.

7. MAINTENANCE-
REPAIR
INSTRUCTIONS
Do not attempt to dismantle or
modify in any way the appliance.
The appliance does not contain any
parts that can be repaired by users.
The appliance includes high- voltage
parts. Do not ever attempt to follow
any maintenance procedure not
included in the present Manual.
The appliance is accompanied by
an additional mixing propeller. As
time goes by and depending on the
everyday wear, the mixing propeller
is gradually worn. To replace the
propeller, follow the steps below:
1. Using proper equipment
(screwdriver) unbolt the screw
holding the propeller on the turning
axis. The screw may be found at
the bottom side of the propeller.
2. Remove the worn propeller
from the axis and replace
it with the new one.
3. Bolt the screw back to its position.
Before setting the appliance on
operation, after you have changed
the mixing propeller, make sure
that you have bolt the screw
tightly and that the propeller is
dully attached to its position.
Replace the propeller regularly,
depending on frequency of use,
every time you observe any wear
on the mixing propeller wings. Non
timely replacement of the mixing
propeller might result in obstruction
of the hole which the propeller is
attached to, and replacement of the
appliance motor shall be necessary.
ARTEMIS & Co. G.P. does not assume
any responsibility for non timely
replacement of the propeller and
purchase of a new motor shall not be
covered by the guarantee in such case.
