3. PACKAGE, TRANSPORT, STORAGE
& INSTALLATION

3.1 Delivery

The appliance is delivered packed at
such a position allowing immediate
use. Please keep the same position
during installation and operation.
Use the appliance only after you have
checked and cleaned it according
to the instructions included in the
following paragraphs of the manual.

3.2 Transport

The appliance is dedicated for
table- use only. You do not
need any elevation machine
to transport the appliance.
ATTENTION! Before you transport
of the machine, make sure you
have unplugged the appliance
and that the cable is safe from
any possible damage.

3.3 Storage

Should you need to store the
appliance, please protect from
weather conditions and make sure
it is stored in a place accessed
only by authorised persons.

3.4 Installation

The area in which the appliance
shall be installed must be
sufficiently aired and lighted. The
appliance is not designed for
operation in explosive zones.
Do not install the appliance in
too dusty areas or with high
humidity levels, areas directly
exposed to sun light, outdoors
or close to heating sources.

Install the appliance on a stable,
flat and horizontal surface that can
load the appliance and the contents
processed in the container.
The appliance is equipped with
nonslip elastic films preventing
vibrations from being transferred
and stopping the appliance
from moving while in use.
For safe operation of the appliance,
you should reassure single-phase
power, 220/230V voltage and
50/60Hz phase. In any case, you
should make sure that voltage and
power frequency is of the same
value as the one mentioned on
the label on the appliance or in
the accompanying documents.
The appliance should be connected
to an earthed bipolar socket. The
electrical installation, which the
socket belongs to should be made
according to the current relative
legislation and regulations (Κ.Ε.Η.Ε.,
ELOT HD 384 and others), proper earth
be made, while the line powering
the respective socket be protected
with a suitable fused isolator.
Make sure that the appliance is
installed in a place or in such a
way that the cable is protected
from possible damages.
Before plugging the appliance to the
socket, make sure that any auxiliary
equipment you wish to use (cable
extension, multi-socket appliance
and others) is suitable. Confirm that
any auxiliary equipment meets all
safety specifications and bears the
necessary signing, as required.
