Probable Causes
A. Faulty user keypad.
A. Pillow is not installed.
B. Reed switch is faulty.
C. Wiring harness from neckjet to control
is loose, disconnected or damaged.
A. Neckjet line is blocked.
B. Wiring harness from neckjet to control
is loose, disconnected or damaged.
C. Faulty butterfly valve.
D. Faulty control.
A. Wiring harness from neckjet pulse
canister to control is loose,
disconnected or damaged.
B. Faulty pulse canister.
C. Faulty control.
Recommended Action
A. Replace user keypad. Refer to
installer/dealer.
A. Make sure the pillow is properly
attached to the neckjet body.
B. Check reed switch wiring and replace if
necessary.
C. Check wiring for proper connections.
Replace wiring harness if necessary.
Refer to installer/dealer.
A. Disconnect neckjet hoses and remove
blockage.
B. Check wiring for proper connections.
Replace wiring harness if necessary.
Refer to installer/dealer.
C. Replace butterfly valve. Refer to
installer/dealer.
D. Replace control. Refer to installer/dealer.
