Troubleshooting

Problem
Faulty spray
Intermittent/sputtering spray
If the above troubleshooting solutions fail, contact your dealer or an authorised Silverline service centre.

Possible Cause
Improper cleaning resulting in dried materials
around fluid nozzle tip or in air nozzle
Damaged air or fluid nozzles
Incompatible fluid viscosity
Air leak
Insufficient fluids available
Nozzle not tightened sufficiently
Incorrect air pressure
Solution
Soak in suitable solvent to soften the dried material; remove with a soft
brush or cloth
Replace faulty parts
Check fluid viscosity and dilute with solvent where appropriate
Check all fittings and hose for air leaks and correct issue by re-
tightening, using PTFE tape or replacing
Refill fluid supply
Tighten nozzle
Check and correct air pressure
