Technical Documentation & instruction manual for Texi Power 550S / 750S motor
Before use, carefully read the instruction manual of the motor and the sewing machine.
IMPORTANT:
The motor, described in this manual, is designed to work with sewing machines and cannot be used for other
purposes.
For proper and safe installation of the engine, skilled personnel is needed.
If you have any problems or comments, please contact authorized service or supplier.
All warnings marked with
the user and cause damage of the machine.
GENERAL SAFETY RULES
In order to avoid hazards and damage of the machine one should observe the following recommendations:
1.
This product can be installed and operated only by persons properly trained in safety, after reading this manual.
2.
Before connecting the unit to a power source, make sure that the voltage on the rating plate is compatible with
the voltage in the electric network.
3.
Do not use electrical extension cords.
4.
Before turning on the machine, remove leg from the pedal.
5.
Turn off the power and unplug the power cord before performing the following operations:
• Making all connections with the control box
• Repair and all mechanical adjustments
• Tilting machine head, threading or replacement of needle, installation of equipment and accessories, replacement
of bobbin or bobbin case
• After finishing work with the machine

Before use of the motor, make sure that:
• the plug is properly connected to the socket
• all connection in the control box are correct
7.
When you turn off motor wait for at least 30 seconds before you restart.
8.
Repairs and maintenance works can be performed by trained technicians - electronic engineers.
9.
Motor must be plugged into a properly grounded outlet. Failure to follow this rule may result in electric shock,
and the engine may not operate properly.
10.
Do not use machine devoid of any element of security, as this may cause danger to the service staff.
11.
When working, do not touch the machine moving parts such as needle, needle bar, tensor, looper, etc.
12.
If you notice any irregularity in the functioning of the machine, it must be switched off immediately and engineer or
supervisor must be notified.
13.
After finishing work, switch off the machine and unplug from the mains. Unplug the machine from the electric network
in case of outage or any other failure.
14.
Keep work area clean.
15.
Pay attention to the environment in which the machine works, do not expose it to moisture.
16.
Do not install the machine in a dusty room, where aerosols are used or to supplied with oxygen.
17.
Your working place should be well illuminated.
18.
Beware of the dress. Loose hair and clothing elements can be hooked by the moving parts of the
machine.
19.
Be careful not to damage the power cord.
20.
Be careful not to run the machine by accident.
21.
Never install on the machine devices or accessories other than those recommended by the manufacturer
or supplier.
22.
Do not perform any modifications of the machine on your own.
23.
Do not leave the device in the vicinity of children, bystanders or persons with disabilities without supervision.

This manual contains important instructions on how to safely, effectively and economically use the machine. Adherence to its
recommendations will help avoid danger, reduce stoppage, improve reliability and durability of the machine. This instruction
must always be available at the workplace.
Provider shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use or misuse of the machine.
All work related to electrical installation must be performed by qualified electrician.
