SHRINK TUNNEL
WARNING! Do not operate machinery without
all safety guards and covers securely in place.
The mechanical operation of automatic
equipment involves many moving parts and
pinch points that could cause bodily harm.
WARNING! Keep hands away from all moving
assemblies.
Do not wear gloves or other apparel that may
get caught in moving parts. Wear appropriate
protective apparel.
Worn parts can become hazardous and
should be replaced promptly. It is the user's
responsibility to be aware of and address
damaged parts and maintenance items.
UNCRATING
1. Remove the shipping crate from the pallet, being
careful not to strike or pry against Shrink Tunnel.
2. Carefully cut the bands that hold the tunnel to the
pallet.
3. Inspect the tunnel for shipping damage.

INSTALLATION AND SETUP

WARNING! Heat-shrinking equipment can get
very hot. Keep hands away from heat source
while machine is in operation, and use caution
if the machine has been recently used.
SETUP
NOTE: The tunnel is not fastened to the conveyor.
Lift the tunnel by the conveyor.
1. Move the tunnel to its final location before removing it
from the pallet.
2. Connect the conveyor cord to a properly grounded
110-volt outlet with a minimum capacity of 5 amps.
