Shut-down
Press the button
fully down. Release the button
position. When the current generated by the thermocouple is no longer sufficient to keep the magnet unit attracted,
the buttons

are released. It will now be possible to repeat the ignition operation.
INSTALLATION
The 810 ELETTROSIT conforms to current safety standards. Installation on appliances must nevertheless be checked
with respect to the specific regulations for the appliance. In particular it is necessary to check that the requirements
relating to the class of the flame failure device, the automatic on-off control and the pressure regulator are met. All the
installation, setting and adjustment operations must be carried out exclusively by qualified personnel and on the basis
of the specific characteristics of the user appliance. The control is not suitable for outdoor operation.
MECHANICAL CONNECTIONS
General precautions
Do not tamper with sealed parts, do not unscrew the assembly screws and do not remove markings. Avoid shocks
(blows, dropping, etc.). Only remove the dust caps when ready to install. Do not exceed recommended torques. Make
sure that the gas flows in the directions indicated by the arrow on the control body. Prevent foreign material from
entering during the assembly operations. In particular, check the cleanliness of the inlet and outlet piping. Do not
subject the control to flexural stress in excess of 35 Nm and to torsional stress in excess of 25 Nm. When carrying out
the connections, only block the control using the spanner grips illustrated.
Main gas connection
The connection is made using gas pipes with Rp 1/2" ISO 7 threading (or Rp 3/4). Torque 25 Nm.
If, alternatively, flanges (available on request) are used, first screw the pipes onto the flanges and then the flanges
onto the control. Recommended torque for flange fixing screws: 3 Nm.
Pilot burner connection
The pilot outlet is parallel to the main outlet or, alternatively, perpendicular. 4mm, 6mm or 1/4" diameter pipes can be
used. Use a nut and olive of appropriate dimensions. Recommended torque: 7 Nm.
Thermocouple connection
Thermocouple connection can be parallel to the main gas outlet or, alternatively, perpendicular. Torque 3 mm.
ATTENTION: after making the gas connection, check gas tightness.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
General precautions
The electrical connections must be made in compliance with the electrical regulations in force. Check that the voltage
and frequency of the coils, indicated on the control, are correct. Make sure that all the connections, and the earth in
particular, are carried out to the highest industry standards.
The 24Vac version must be powered by an insulating transformer with a very low safety voltage.
Carry out the electrical connections in conformity with the specifications in the specific rules for the user appliance.
