INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
WARNINGS

-WARNING: DO NOT USE IF ANY OF THE ELEMENTS ARE MISSING, BROKEN OR IN BAD CONDITION. REGULARLY CHECK THAT ALL
THE COMPONENTS OF THE PRODUCT ARE IN GOOD CONDITION.
-NEVER LEAVE THE CHILD UNSUPERVISED.
-KEEP THE PRODUCT AWAY FROM FIRE OR ANY NAKED FLAME OR SOURCE OF HEAT (electric or gas heaters...).
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Wrap the serrated strap around the chassis tube (1a)
Attach the sunshade connector by fitting the serrated strap through the slot in the connector, aligning the threads on both. (1b) Pull
the serrated strap firmly (1c) and turn the ring clockwise to fasten it securely to the tube. (1d)
NOTE: If the tube of your chassis has a small diameter, remove the rubber band from the serrated strap to fit the flex securely.
Screw the sunshade into the sop part of the flex. (2)
Adjusting the position:
•To adjust the flex and set it to one of the 3 possible positions of the sunshade choosing the best one for your pushchair (3a), press
the fastening tab and pull the flex until it comes out of the clip so you can change the position. (3b)
•Side button. Press the button and move the rod (5 positions). (4a)
•Rod. Before bending the rod, hold the plastic base with one hand to prevent sliding or breakages. Do not try to bend the rod from
the top of the sunshade, this could break it or pull the flex off the chassis. (4b)
•The Jané sunshades have a flexible part towards the top of the rod, which also enables you to adjust the angle of the sunshade. (4c)
Connector: This part lets you lengthen the sunshade if required. It should only be handled by an ADULT and should not be left
around within the child's reach. (5)
Fold the surplus of the serrated strap and pass it through the lower slot. (6)
DETACHING
Press the fastening tab and pull the flex until it comes out of the clip to detach it. (3b)
Turn the ring anti-clockwise to release the serrated strap and the connector with the ring. (7)
WARNINGS. IMPORTANT
-Remove the sunshade when it is windy.
-Never tilt the sunshade by the upper part: this may break the spokes.
-Sunshade may be hot if left in direct sunlight for a long period of time.
-The protection offered by this hat or shade product does not include protection from reflected or scattered ultraviolet radiation.
-Regularly check that all the small parts are firmly fastened.

•Use a damp cloth to clean the sunshade.
