Some issues that arise may be solved by the user. If the problem persists after having tried
the following solutions, please contact Prozis customer service.
PROBLEM
The aroma diffuser does
not work.
The aroma diffuser is on, but
no vapor is being released.
Water is leaking from the
device.

covered by the warranty applicable to the purchase and sale of consumer goods.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
This document contains the terms and conditions of Prozis' warranty for final consumers.
This warranty is valid exclusively for consumers who purchase the product for non-profession-
al purposes.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Prozis guarantees the product is to remain free from material and production defects for a
2-year period, counting from the date of initial purchase by a consumer and respective deliv-
ery, or for longer if legally established by the applicable national law.
In the event that repair is required, this 2-year period is suspended during repair time.
CAUSE
The device is not connected to a power
source.
There is not enough water in the tank.
The ultrasonic membrane is dirty.
The lower air inlet is dirty.
The cover and inner cover are not
properly assembled.
Room temperature is low, or humidity
is high.

SOLUTION
Connect the device to a power source.
Add the correct amount of water. Do not exceed
the maximum water level line.
Read the cleaning instructions and remove the dirt,
so that vapor release can be resumed.
If there's any dust, the vapor stream may be
affected. Clean the inlet.
Assemble the covers correctly so that the vapor
can be released normally.
The vapor condenses and forms droplets under
these conditions.
