• The diffuser must be placed on flat surfaces only. If placed on an inclined surface, the water
from the tank may enter the device.
• Make sure the air inlet openings at the base of the diffuser are not covered or sealed.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

1. Switch off the device and make sure the adapter is unplugged from the diffuser and the
outlet before cleaning it.
2. Remove the outer cover from the base.
3. Carefully pour any remaining water and/or essential oil out of the tank through the drain-
ing hole, opposite the air outlet. When emptying the device, keep any liquid away from
the air outlet to avoid any damage or malfunction.
Cleaning the outer surface
Clean the diffuser surface with a clean, damp, soft cloth as often as needed.
Cleaning the tank and ultrasonic membrane
We recommend wiping the tank with a clean, damp, soft cloth at least once every two weeks.
PLEASE NOTE: Depending on how often you use it, and the amount of aroma you use, you
may want to clean the tank and ultrasonic membrane more frequently to obtain a better
performance. For a more thorough cleaning, pour a 50/50 vinegar-water mixture into the
tank, then let it soak for 5 minutes. Brush the tank walls, base, and ultrasonic membrane with
a soft-bristle brush (not included) and rinse. NEVER touch the ultrasonic membrane with your
fingers, as the skin's natural oils may damage it. Clean the membrane once every two or three
weeks, depending on usage. Clean and dry the diffuser before long periods of inactivity.
