Gril led Chicken Breasts
wit h Potatoes
Ingredients:
•
2 skinless chicken breasts
•
4 small potatoes sliced
•
Salt
•
Pepper
•
Oregano
•
Cajun spice (optional)
•
Grated Parmesan cheese
Steps:
•
Season and marinate the chicken (ideally the day before and
refrigerate)
•
Season the potatoes right after you slice them
•
Place the chicken breasts on the griddle and cook according to
instructions
•
Once chicken is half way done, place potatoes on the side and
cook fully
•
Serve warm and top the potatoes with the Parmesan cheese
