Remove the accessories from their packaging and wash them in hot water.
Using the appliance

Insert the beaters
The beaters and mixers must be inserted as indicated in Fig.1. Both beaters must be of
the same length. They are properly inserted in place when you hear a "click".

Unwind the necessary length of cord and plug the appliance in.
. Preferably use a deep bowl.
. Lower the beaters into the preparation before switching on; this will avoid spattering.
. Start up using the speed control
thickens. Use the "Turbo" position if the recipe requires more power.
. Stop the appliance before removing the beaters from the preparation (this will avoid
splattering).
